All you need is your shotgun and a great attitude. Registration includes all the shells and clays needed. Please bring eye protection and ear protection. (soft orange plugs are okay) We recommend bringing cash to participate in games and bid on auction items.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide loaner shotguns. Shooters can share a gun, but we cannot guarantee availability.

• Before shooting everyone must attend a safety meeting.

• Participants are grouped in teams of 4.

• Each person cycles through 10 stations where they try to break 4 targets. Scores are kept for each person.

• Shooters can buy a turn in a flurry station. (Multiple clays are thrown simultaneously)

• Participants can bid on premium auction items.

• Finally, a fully catered lunch is served. (due to event constraints no accommodation can be made for food allergies).

Absolutely! Individuals are welcome and will be placed in groups of 4 before the event begins.

Don’t be shy! Shooter skills will range from near expert to brand new shooters. Everyone is welcome. We are here to have fun.

Minors are welcome. We do require an adult chaperone for all minors.

Clay tournaments are not typically a spectator event. The venue doesn’t have a formal spectator area. However, we understand that the ages of participants and relationships with the Pennington’s and with the GTLAX family are a unique situation. We have a solution but it’s only available to GTLAX PARENTS. Email registration@play4jason.com for further information.

Safety is the #1 concern for all event staff. Shooters must attend a mandatory safety meeting before shooting. Further, ammunition is only given at each station, and only provided to the person shooting. All guns will be “open” when moving between stations. Any breach in these rules will be addressed accordingly.

Thank you! We are blessed to have many volunteers sign up already. However, we may need further assistance as we get closer to the event. A great way to help is getting the word out to friends, neighbors, and businesses. Sponsorships and registrations are the lifeblood of fundraising events. Donations are tax deductible! Please contact us before purchasing any auction items to prevent duplication.
