Honoring Jason

Jason Pennington lived with heart, purpose, and a deep love for sports and the outdoors. He embodied Team, Accountability, and Grit. At Georgetown High School, he balanced AP classes, football, and lacrosse while pursuing his dream of becoming a physician.

In his honor, the Pennington family and Georgetown Lacrosse created the Jason Pennington Memorial Clay Shoot. This annual event supports Georgetown Youth Lacrosse, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, providing scholarships, resources, and opportunities that help young athletes thrive and through the game Jason loved.
